FLAME STOP 1800C FOR PROTECTION AGAINST FIRE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FLAME STOP 1800C is a ready to use fire retardant solution designed for curtains, fabric lounges, bedding, carpets and other similar fabric items.
The product has been formulated with mixture of complex salts, and is very effective retarding the spread of flame on fabric based items.
The product has been tested by the CSIRO and meet s Australian Standard 1530.3-1989 for ignitability, flame propagation, heat release and smoke release.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
FLAME STOP 1800C is effective treating a variety of fabric types such as cellulosic, woolen, synthetic and natural/synthetic blends fabrics. The treated fibres prevent flame spread through the formation of a localised char, and eliminating after glow.


CHARACTERISTICS
Fabrics treated with FLAME STOP 1800C exhibits good hand and draps and are non-blooming, and it is particularly suitable for use on automotive fabrics where low fogging performance is required.

EASY APPLICATION
FLAME STOP 1800C is easy to apply, Simply spray the ready to use solution either with a trigger spray, a hand pumped sprayer or an electric airless sprayer to give effective results.
For best result on curtains, simply spray both sides of the fabrics.
The product can be sprayed without problems of fumes and odours in confined areas and areas with insufficient ventilation. Therefore it offers a offers a more user-friendly alternative to solvent-based protectors.


IDEAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS

Fabric lounger, Fabric chairs, Carpets, Car Seats, Curtains, bed mattresses and similar fabric based items.

COVERAGE
One litre covers approx. 8-10 square metres depending on the porosity of the substrates.

CLEAN UP
No messy clean up with solvents, simply use water to clean up equipment.

PRODUCT SIZE
750ml bottle with trigger sprayer.
Five litre jerry can or 20 litre plastic drum.
