PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MASONRY
MAX WB-2 is a water based penetrating sealer that provides
excellent water and oil repellency on all masonry surfaces with
a natural finish. The product has been formulated with high performance
synthetic resins and polymers to provide excellent water and oil
repellency on natural stone and man-made masonry products.
A blend of specially selected wetting agents in
the formulation assists in lowering the surface tension of the
substrates, therefore significantly increasing the product penetrating
ability, and permitting the resins and polymers to penetrate deeper
into the structure of the materials. Overall, this will provide
a more durable protection both for interior and exterior applications.
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
The product being an impregnator, it will permit
vapour transmission in the treated substrates, this ability allowing
porous materials such as sandstone, limestone and similar materials
to breathe, as well as repelling waterborne and oil-borne contaminates.Furthermore, the product also discourages any efflorescence from
migrating to the surface of the terra-cotta tiles, and also allows
any existing efflorescence on the surface to be washed away without
being re-embedded back into the treated materials.

MASONRY MAX WB-2
is invisible, odourless and non-toxic, the blend of resins and
polymers offers high resistance to UV, and also enhances the natural
colour of the treated materials with a natural finish.
EASY APPLICATION
MASONRY MAX WB-2 is easy to apply. Simply
spray the ready to use solution either with a trigger spray, a
hand pumped sprayer or an electric airless sprayer to give effective
results. Being a water-based product, it can be sprayed without
problems of fumes and odours in confined areas and areas with
insufficient ventilation. Therefore it offers a more user-friendly
alternative to solvent-based protectors.
IDEAL FOR THE FOLLOWING SURFACES
Marble, Exfoliated Granites, Lime Stone, Sandstones,
Concrete, Brick Walls, Terracotta Tile,
Terracotta Pots, Cement Renders, Grout Joints, Unglazed Tiles,
Quarry Tiles, State and similar surfaces.
EASY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Treated surfaces are easy to clean and maintain
with pH neutral cleaners and detergents. As for any potential
spills such as oils, grease and chemicals, the product assists
in preventing any spills from penetrating into porous structure,
which ultimately could lead to permanent staining of the surfaces.
COVERAGE
On litres covers approx. 8-10 square metres depending
on the porosity of the substrates.
CLEAN UP
No messy clean up with solvents, simply use water
to clean up equipment.
