PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GRAFFITI MAX is a two pack modified water- based
polyurethane that prevents graffiti from defacing porous and non porous
surfaces varying from
concrete, sandstone, granite, brick, wood, metal, tiles, plastics, vinyl and painted surfaces.
CHARACTERISTICS
GRAFFITI MAX is a durable water-based coating that is
non-corrosive, non-flammable and without any toxic solvent odours. Once applied
and cured the coating offers high resistance to a variety of spray paints and
permanent markers. Graffiti Max does not affected by ultra violet rays, and it is ideal for outdoor
applications. The product is fast drying and can be recoated in 1-2 hours depending on the surface temperatures and humidity.
EASY APPLICATION
GRAFFITI MAX is most effectively applied to the surface to
be protected by spraying, an electric airless spray gun fitted with fan jet
nozzle is recommended. Paint brush and rollers are also recommended. It is touch
dry in a 45 to 60 minutes, depending upon ambient temperature. Apply the second
coat to the surfaces after 2 hours of the first coat. Complete graffiti
resistance developed in 3 days. Once part A and B are mixed, the pot life is
approx. 2-3 hours.
IDEAL FOR THE FOLLOWING SURFACES
Bricks, concrete, wood, marble, granite, cement render,
sandstone, painted surfaces, plastic, metal, Vinyl etc.
REMOVAL OF GRAFFITI
Graffiti is removed by using
GRAFSOL A
biodegradable graffiti remover..
COVERAGE
Coverage is dependent on the surface porosity and texture,
however as a guide 1 litre will cover approximately 8-10 square metres. 2 coats
is recommended.
CLEAN UP
No messy clean up with solvents, simply use water to clean up
equipment.
